4600 Cote Vertu is a collection of three industrial buildings with a total rentable space of 86,500 Sq. ft. Joe Alter Group first has built in 1985 and second phase in 1986 and then completely renovated them in 2008-2010, adding 23,000 Sq. Ft. The property sold in 2011 for 12.3 millions dollars

Turnkey project, Joe Alter Group purchased the land, arranged interim financing, chose the architects and all other consultants needed to complete the freezer-refrigerated building on 4665 Cote Vertu corner of Highway 40 in Ville St-Laurent. After all plans were accepted by his partners and the tenant, with his privately owned construction company, Joe was responsible, on a management fee basis, to erect the 40,000 Sq. Ft. 4.6 million dollars building and to do the property management.

Turnkey project, Joe Alter Group purchased the land, arranged interim financing, chose the architects and all other consultants needed to complete the freezer-refrigerated building in Brampton, Ontario. After all plans were accepted by his partners and the tenant, with his privately owned construction company A&C, Joe was responsible, on a management fee basis, to erect the 44,000 Sq. Ft. 6.3 million dollars building and do the property management.

VILLE ST-LAURENT, QC

Turnkey project, Joe Alter Group purchased the land, arranged interim financing, chose the architects and all other consultants needed to complete this industrial building on 3131 Pitfield, on Highway 13 in Ville St-Laurent. After all plans were accepted by his partners and the tenant, with his privately owned construction company A&C, Joe was responsible, on a management fee basis, to erect the 68,000 Sq. Ft. building.

LACHINE, QC

After presenting an offer to purchase the land, from the “Ministère des Transport”.  Joe Alter Group was given the task to arrange interim financing, choosing the Aachitects and all other consultants needed to complete the multi-tenant building on Highway 13 corner of Cote de Liesse, in Lachine. After all plans were accepted by the partners, with his privately owned construction company A&C, Joe was responsible, on a management fee basis, to erect the 29,000 Sq. Ft, 3.4 million dollars building. New home of Total Events, Lavanet, Imprimerie Belfast and Carminex.

Joe Alter Group has undertaken other high end projects including exclusive concrete and steel structured residential homes. These homes are built to the highest of standards, including fire suppression systems, elevators, earthquake resistant, backup generation and many other state of the art extras.

Turnkey project, Group purchased the land, arranged interim financing, chose the achitects and all other consultants needed to complete this 48 Condo Units in the hills of Mont Habitant. After all plans were accepted with his privately owned construction company, Joe was responsible, on a management fee basis, to erect these 48 luxurious condo units.
