Joe obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University

in 1962. Immediately after graduation, he served on the staff of McGill University as Chief Instructor of the McGill Survey School at St. Gabriel de Brandon. In 1962,

Joe joined Miron Company Limited where he held many positions. In September 1974, Joe joined Cytren Construction Corporation as construc­tion manager. In 1979 Joe became project manager of Ski Morin Heights.

Joe is a member of the Engineering Institute of Canada, the Order of Engineers of Quebec, and the Y.M.-Y.W.H.A. He is a founding member of Balfour Lodge and since he joined 45 years ago has served on every committee.

In the Expo year 1967 Joe was elected to the position of president, Balfour Lodge. In 1976 Joe gathered 18 friends and created the Lions Club of Chomedey.

He is President of A & C construction since 1981 and has an Interest in many real estate Properties.

In addition, Joe has been actively involved in the Combined Jewish Appeal and Israel Emergency Fund, Israel Bonds. He is also an active member of the Board of directors of Back River Cemetery, Baron de Hirsh Cemetery, and on the building & maintenance committee of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.

Joined A&C Development & Construction in 2003 as CFO & Project Manager Responsibilities in the Company includes

Project conception, design, pricing, financing, and project management. Also we are managing a portfolio of buildings that belongs to Company Owners or affiliates. Responsibilities includes leasing, financing, maintenance of about 300,000 sq/ft of office and industrial buildings.
